Integrating AI Effectively: Generative AI opens up new possibilities – but its use also presents organizations with new questions. Which tasks are changing? What skills are needed? And where are new forms of collaboration or clear boundaries required? A practical project therefore examined not only potential applications of AI, but also the organizational prerequisites for its effective use. Together, starting points for processes, skills, and collaboration were developed – with the goal of using AI where it creates tangible added value.  

 Creating Orientation: An organization faced a comprehensive transformation of its collaboration and leadership. Differing expectations and perspectives made it difficult to reach a common understanding: What should remain the same? What needs to change? And what role should leadership play in this? Together, different viewpoints were identified and a shared understanding of the change was developed. This resulted in concrete areas for development in leadership and collaboration, as well as a foundation for further shaping the change process.
